A public hearing will be held pursuant to Education Code 56205(b)(2), at which time the Board will hear any relevant public comment. Upon completion of the Public Hearing, the Board may approve a resolution to adopt the Modesto City Schools Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Local Plan, Annual Budget Plan and Annual Service Plan.
